Rocky Mountain Bible Baptist Church began as a mission work of Bible Baptist Church of Stillwater, OK. The first service was held on February 12, 1995 at the Sanborn Elementary School in Longmont with eight inches of new snow on the ground and 21 in attendance. From the beginning, this church has been committed to the cause of world missions. The church officially organized with 38 charter members on March 13, 1997 during its first faith promise mission conference. Bro. Dave McCracken, pastor of Bible Baptist in Stillwater officiated at the charter signing service. The church became self-supporting in Oct. 1999.

After meeting in a rented facility for several years God led the church to its present location at 1450 Martin St. The building had been neglected for years and was in a state of disrepair. God has wonderfully provided for the renovations and repairs that have enabled us to have a beautiful and comfortable place to meet with God and to restore the testimony of Christ in the neighborhood.

We are thankful most of all for the souls that have been saved and the lives that have been changed by the power of God. We have seen the Lord do wonders along the way. What we have seen Him do in the past increases our anticipation and raises our expectations for what He will do in the days ahead.
